    November we bought 2 double wides she agreed to do septic tanks with the installation was dun so poorly we have sewer running all over our property we have called miss Christy price foe 9 or 10 months to fix it she will not return our call nor attempt to right any wrongs everyone we talk to says she will not fix nothing for them ..[ please help us ]

    I bought a trailer house from Price Mobile Home, gave them a cashiers check for ten thousand dollars. They have not paid for my mobile home from the manufacturer or contacted me about it. They are avoiding me & my calls. I need my down payment back in order to buy a home, I'm currently homeless due to my previous house being lost to a fire. I have 5 kids & my husband.

    I have purchased 3 mobile homes from this company. And only have one title after numerous attempts. It has been almost a year of trying to get this matter resolved. I have also contacted Department of Revenue from Arkansas and they do not show the taxes we’re paid for us to receive the titles. I have been told several times that it has been done to wait for them to be mailed and after the last time being told the same thing. I am not sure what else I can do.

    Just like the below previous claim, a home bought and promises of warranty repair but never delivered. We have Center beam in house that was not finished, gable ends are not caulked or painted. The tile shower grout is broken and cracked in three corners from the new home being moved. Cracks in ceilings, walls and cabinets were separated from ceiling during transport and never fixed. Gabled ends of of vinyl siding is snapped in but never attached with nails properly. Doors swing open from floor not being level. The list goes on, I will be contacting Buccaneer Homes to see if this dealer can be revoked rights to sell products as they made promises right up until the time of closing, then the trouble begins!

    I have taken off three days work to meet repair people but no show, or call. HOW RUDE, next I will be filing a small claims suite for damages, suffering and lost wages.

    We bought a new home from , paid cash in full, noticed a lot of things wrong with construction and flooring and walls. Nothing was done We bought a brand new New Vision home, upon delivery as we moved in we noticed parts of the floor creaking, doors on wrong and crooked, the back door wouldn't shut right, the front door wouldn't shut right, nails coming up out of the floor through the flooring. , uneven cabinets, all the sinks leaked, baseboards damaged, trim damaged. Got told they would get right on it. They sent someone they changed the front glass door which still doesn't close correctly and took a box blade and cut spots in the floor. We messaged and called more. Needless to say we don't. We paid in full for a brand new home that was suppose to last us the rest of our living years. We got a house that's needs a lot of things fixed and it's been a year of constant promises that are never filled.
