    I have been at midway value storage for 4 years renting a 15x20 shed. The origanl care takers would fix any problem that accured when i would tell them. The owners are slum loards and live in california and act like ther inocent and want to resolve problems but when you tell them about a leak in my roof for the past 2 years all they do is get someone to band aid the problem instead of fixing it correctly! They charge for a fake insurance on my shed whicjh is against the law in Arkansas to do such and i have tried filing a claim with this so called ********* about the thousands and thousands of dolors i have in damage and it wont let me file a claim because there not registered with the company which shows me they are scamming extra money! I have contacted them about this and im not paying anouther dime until my leaks in my shed are fixed! I pay for dry storage not leaking roof storage. My lawer has all the pics and paperwork and if something is not done this will be going infront of a judge. People are moving out of this place fo the same reasons and the owners refuse to do anything about it. I have had enough of this and i have lost Cloths, Expensive Electronics, Expensive furniture and family airlooms because of the leak! I have mold growing on stuff that has been thrown in the garbe and there is black mold growing inside the shed as shown in the pics.

    Thank-You for helping us resolve this situation. We are waiting for this customer to respond to our request to allow us to inspect the unit he is renting. This will allow us to determine what the actual situation is and how to proceed forward. In the meantime, we have advised the customer to contact the tenant protection program that he is enrolled in as a renter at our facility. It is my understanding that they ( safe lease )  are also waiting for the customer to allow access to his unit in order to determine the validity of his claim. We look forward to resolving this to both parties satisfaction.
