    On May 4, 2022 I went to the bulk plant to fill my truck with gas. I went inside and paid for my gas with cash and then left. Last week we received a bill and my husband **** went and paid it while I was working and they told him I charged it. I then went in the next morning and got gas and paid it. I asked him what the bill was for and ***** told me **** **** told my husband that I charged the gas. I then told him I have never charged and asked him if he ever seen me charge and he said no. ***** also told me if I had of charged I would have gotten a yellow receipt and I asked him what is the difference and he said they keep white one when someone charges. I have never gotten anything but white and he agreed. I then went to work and called back there and **** **** answered and I asked for him to show me a receipt I signed and he then told me that if he paid me back would my husband and I agree to stay out of there and I told him, I wanted a signed paper showing I charged and asked him why it took so long to bill me if I did and he hung up on me. I then called Les Murphy and he said he would have the girls look for proof I charged and now they won't call back or answer phone.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution for a full refund is satisfactory to me with agreement that they will contact Mr. ******* and inform him personally if they do not wish to do business with him anymore and if they do not want him to come in the bulk plant no longer to inform him at that time.
