    I was out in my yard when they were picking up my trash and i looked up want they were going by my yard and seen the dumpster that i was renting from them monthly and they picked it up for no good reasoning i called up there to find out way it was beeing picked up they were not doing servies at my address anymore . I go on down the road passed me and i find trashcans with the companys name on them . when i called up there i asked for the owners to call me back they have still not called me back it has been over a week and no returned phone call back

    Good Morning, As a company we have had a year long struggle meeting this specific customer's expectations. We take customer service very serious and always try to go above and beyond to appease each customers needs. About a year ago, we started receiving complaints that his dumpster was holding water. We offered to move so it wasn't angled back away from the drain, he declined stating he did not want it moved. He continued to complain for months regarding the drainage. As we are a new business we did not have any other options for dumpsters. Once we were more established, we purchased a different dumpster with multiple drains. We immediately exchanged his dumpster and that problem seemed to resolve. A few months later, we had terrible weather and our truck was unable to get up the mountain to collect his trash on his particular day so we went the following day. He came into the office requesting a full refund for the month. We had supplied communication and reasoning as to why our route was delayed prior. When he did not receive the full refund (we did give him a partial for the week for the inconvenience) he threatened our office staff. We filed a police report with the Morrilton Police Department regarding the threats. A few months later he then said our truck was tearing up his driveway so we offered to move the can once again to a place where we did not need to back up into the yard. He again did not want us to move the dumpsters location. We received a lot of rain in a 24 hour period causing flooding, we again delayed his route date by one day to avoid tearing up his yard per his previous complaint. He again came into the office threatening our staff and telling us to "do better". As a company we determined we would no longer be able to meet his expectations. He did contact us after his dumpster was collected and we followed up with a letter explaining we simply were unable to service his location. We tried our best over the course of the year but we can not put our team at risk of threats and even violence even though it never came to that at this point. We are sorry to lose any customers as we are a small business but we have to make decisions based on our current state.

    We issued him a refund in November upon canceling his services for the remainder of the month. (attached screenshot) When he signed up for services he selected to have his card charged each month and had a card saved on file. Our records do not show that he was billed past November, but the December was set to automatically recur on December 10th. Its December 4th, and we canceled the subscription that he set up for him on our end today, prior to December 10th. (attached screenshot) He has not and will not be billed for our services in the future. In addition, we have taken extra measures to remove him from all of our opted in marketing material. We do not want any confusion in the future that we will be requesting anything from *** *****. Please let us know if we need to provided any additional corresponds on our end.
