Terrible service. I acquired this house 18 months ago and the system was 8 years old. Rheem with a 10-year warranty for parts. Three times over winter a piece in the unit broke and all the freon leaked out. The first time I paid $900 for repair and refill. They refilled freon and welded something for two more times without charge. However, i repeatedly asked for the manager/owner to contact me and paid a $500 electric bill one of those months because of malfunction. Here comes summer and they have already been out three times. It is one of the coolest days in the last couple months and the system has iced over again. I will not be calling them again as they insist there is nothing wrong. Still no contact from the manager. No longer worth my time, my money or my comfort.

We went on 5/15/2025 and could not find a problem with Ms.************ system. It was fine while we were there and everything checked out good. We returned on 6/6/25 and the technician suggested that we move the thermostat/or install a sensor, and/or maybe zone the ductwork for better performance. Nothing has been done at this time. We have done what we could for Ms. **********.
