Went to get my car serviced for a oil change. Was told that my oil was milky and had metal shavings in it. Was also told they could not reset my oil light as it was stuck. Went back home and had my husband look at it. He told me it was very dirty like it had not been changed and that it was not milky or had metal shaving in it. I took to different shop and had oil changed again and took bad oil and filter ( with no metal shavings) to mountain home shop and talked to management to get refund and they stated that oil got that dirty from driving 300 miles (I can provide pictures). Waste of 75 dollars.

    Unqualified personnel, sloppy inefficient management.
I had my 20178 Jeep Renegade serviced.
After returning home I smelled burning oil. I opened the hood and discovered the oil filler cal was missing. I returned to Slick and they found the cap under the hood where the wipers are. The tech had not put it back on the motor.
I returned home upon inspection I noticed oils dripping from the bottom of the engine. I checked the oil and it was necessary to add 3 quarts. I returned to Slick and after inspection by the personnel there, they discovered the gasket on the drain plug was crumpled and had not been properly installed, Causing the oil leak.
The techs need training. There should be a final inspection by management to ensure the job has been done completely and correctly. Three trips to the service purchasing three extra quarts of oil plus the time wasted dealing with the failures of the service.
