      We have used Hopper for over 10 years. I appreciate the fact that they send the same technician to my house every time, so he knows the property and communicates well with us. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling service. Prices are reasonable and in line with others in the market. We'll stay with Hopper for the forseeable future, and we will recommend them to our neighbors.

      Hopper has inspected my property for 30 years. I have faithfully paid my fee each year to be covered by the inspection program. This year I called in October to see if a report had been issued because I had not received it. I was told by the first person I spoke with that they had not completed the inspection despite my paying the bill in the summer. She said it would be completed and I would get a report when it was. I reached back out today to find out where the report was and am being told that it was sent to an old email address I updated when I updated my mailing address 4 years ago. Despite asking before and again today Joyce W is refusing to send me the report.
      I don't know where customer service has gone or why this woman has decided to have a stand off over my inspection report unless the inspection was never done. If the inspection was actually done and really was sent, is it so hard to forward it to the new email address she claims she has updated. Or how about verifying that the address is correct since I've double checked that I've not received them? I'm putting this on here because it might get the attention of the owners. Bad reviews are damaging and I don't do this lightly. I just want to be respected and not dismissed. Your lack of response for this issue makes me question your integrity.
