    The campground failed to divulge at the time of booking that there was an active burn ban in the county, severely impacting the quality of the stay. When i found this out and contacted them FIVE MINUTES AFTER BOOKING, they refused to cancel and issue a refund.

    As per our policy, we do not offer refunds. We have filed harassment charges, though we are still waiting on the documents from the sheriffs office. We do not wish to have any contact with ******** *******. Please refer to the ***** County Sheriffs office regarding the fililng of charges.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Since the filing of this complaint, I have contacted a private attorney to file a lawsuit. Additionally, the business filed fraudulent information with the Secretary of State, and the registered agent they listed is pursuing legal action against the business for fraud. Wells Fargo is working to reverse the charge, and the FBI has been contacted regarding issues with the ***** county sheriff department.
