    I contacted several other service companies, but Clean Pro Gutter Cleaning, had a great price, didn't pressure me with any unnecessary add-ons. Arrived exactly when they were scheduled. Performed excellent cleaning of gutters, as well as removed any leave debris from roof and along the edge of house. Also rinsed gutters with my house, and took photos of my clean gutters. I would highly recommend this company!

    Great company with reasonable pricing. I was contacted before and after to ensure everything I requested was done. They took before, during and after photos and left the property cleaner than they found it.

    If I could rate this company in the negative I would. I live in Alaska & booked LAST YEAR to make sure my gutters would be cleaned in the short time window between fall & winter. They cancelled at the last minute due to "staffing issues." This is unacceptable as they had all year to provide me with notice of their short staffing & provide me with time to schedule with a competent company. Funny how their customers have to abide by a cancellation policy, but when they drop you without notice this is an acceptable practice. JUST SAY NO TO THIS COMPANY!

           First off, I'd love to say we heard you loud and clear, and a big thanks for not letting us off the hook so easily! Your feedback's sharper than an icicle in the Alaskan winter, and we need that to keep us on our toes.

    We genuinely apologize for the last-minute hiccup. To put it into perspective, we learned about our technician's unforeseen circumstance roughly the same time it takes to brew a cup of coffee. We immediately reached out to you within a literal ten minutes. Trust us; if we had the ability to predict the future, we’d be in Vegas, not cleaning gutters. ??

    All jokes aside, we truly regret the inconvenience caused and understand the planning involved, especially in a place with such unique climate challenges as Alaska. Please know we're working to beef up our backup plans so the next time we face an unexpected challenge, we won't miss a beat. 


    Stay frosty and thanks again for keeping us on our A-game!

    Totally incompetent. The tech didn’t do anything except blow some leaves off the roof… then reported he’d spent two hours cleaning the gutters (he was on site for about twenty minutes). Plus, I was billed for work that wasn’t done. All communication seemed to be automated and was totally bogus. I’d never recommend this company to anyone!

    I wish I had read this before calling them, They lost the gate code, came on a Sunday in a broken down truck. The worker brought a teenager with him. They did not complete the work, and fought with me about cleaning the downspouts. This is still unresolved. I refused to pay the bill, fought with them for 2 weeks. I am a 70 year old female and am not climbing a ladder to take pictures of their shoddy work. I was talking to a local person and an Asian woman in Arkansas. I do not think that she even knew what a gutter was! They walked on my tile roof, breaking several tiles. In the end, I have no time for this, and do not want them to trash my credit report for $377.00. I paid it today and hope that they go out of business.
