      **** **** breached a contract to build my house 13 months after a contract was signed. My house was to be done no later than 4-1-22 and right before Christmas 2022 Mr* **** terminated the contract based on reasons that are not valid and I do have ample documentation that proves that they are not valid. I am happy to provide any needed documents and information as needed as their are hundreds of pages of texts, photos, emails, etc. He and his contractor Landers Development failed to keep track of the budget until October of 2022. Thus, they were over budget and allegedly going to loose money on the deal. When I met with Berg finally after multiple requests for meetings in November 2022 he assured me he would get the house done. At that time he requested my support in a lawsuit against Landers Development. I told him I just wanted my house less my living expenses causes by the delay in completing construction and that I would certainly give factual information should he proceed with a lawsuit however, that was the extent of involvement I was willing to offer. Days before Christmas he had an attorney send an email that he was terminating the contract. My presumption is that he can sell the house he sold me at 2021 prices for now 2023 prices and either break even or not loose as much money. They dropped the ball and now want me to bear the burden. In my opinion it is not only bad business but immoral and unethical behavior. I would appreciate any help in this matter and will make myself and my documentation available to you at your request. Thank you
