      Nasty company so happy I'm done with them and hopefully don't have to use them again! Most of the employees seem mad they have to be at work when you call even the supervisors, just unprofessional all together. I forgot to end services and was told I have to take it up with my landlord on whether I would be reimbursed for gas I didn't use. With Summit at least you can send in a bill showing you didn't stay there and they will get your money back smh. Just unprofessional and money hungry stay far away if you can good people. Like to hike up your electricity prices as they see fit so you won't get a deposit back even though you paid on time. No payment plans just an extended date and they still add on extra fees how is that helpful? Scammers

      We understand that our customer service did not meet your expectations, and we are truly sorry for any unprofessional behavior you encountered. We take such feedback seriously and are addressing this internally to ensure it does not happen again.

      Regarding the issue with the unused electric charges, as stated in NLRED rules and regulations under Termination of Service by Customer, a customer may terminate service by notifying Customer Service at least one business day prior to termination. The customer will remain financially liable for all charges until actual termination occurs. If you need more information you can call NLRED customer service at 501-975-8888 and let them know you’d like to speak with someone about the Better Business Bureau review.
