      I have purchased an above ground pool and hot tub from Family Leisure. I love the pool and have never had any issues. I purchased the hot tub in 2021, the warranty will be up in Oct this year, 2024. In Oct 2023 I had an issue with bubbling in the acrylic, I contacted Family Leisure and after numerous emails and phone calls the 1st service call was scheduled in April 2024. He has been here 4 times with the 5th time scheduled in a couple weeks, I do not blame the service man. He told me he has never repaired acrylic before. He only comes out when he is scheduled to. For the most part they do not return calls or emails unless prompted. Service was never scheduled until I called and asked when they were coming back out, the response I always got is "oh it's scheduled, did I not call you?". My hot tub sits out in the open, when I cleaned it the sun was shining which cause it to bubble (from what I'm told), the 1st time the serviceman came to work on it, it bubbled some more. They should inform their customer's of this, and their servicemen. I've had hot tubs before and never had this issue. My complaint is their lack of communication. It has been 9 months and my hot tub is still sitting here with no water in it and not being used. I do regret buying the hot tub from Family Leisure

      I bought a 30' above ground pool last May. The installers Family Leisure hired to install it failed to put down the nut grass killer I paid for and now, less than 1 year later, I have weeds growing up through my liner. I never even got to get in my pool last Summer, covered it within a few weeks of installation, and now I have to purchase a brand new liner and pay someone to install it. I have tried MULTIPLE times to speak with a manager and they will not return my calls. I have been told by their employees that they have no control over where grass grows. If the installers they hired would have put the weed killer down per their own policy, I would not have weeds growing through my liner! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I regret buying from them. I bought a hot tub and a pool table as well and it has no effect on their service. PLEASE PURCHASE ANYWHERE ELSE!
