      The two Michaels that showed up were very professional. They thoroughly explained the issue with my unit, and promptly corrected the issue. Now my air conditioner is blowing like a cold windy day in Chicago!

      Central One Service Team quickly responded when my AC went out during the recent Spring heat wave. Michael and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable.
      They offered an economical (extended fix) and alternate (permanent fix) to the issues with my 2006 unit. The permanent fix (New Unit) was much less than the quotes friends/neighbors had from other HVAC companies with similar sized units.
      We awoke that morning to a home that was already heating up with the rise of the ever so shining sun. They were able to treat my wife to a nice cold refreshing home upon her return from work the same day.
      I would recommend Central One Service for all your HVAC and Appliance Repair needs. Especially since it seems most new appliances have a 4-5 year self destruct relay hidden deep within a micro control panel!
      Jeremy and his team are always extremely helpful and honest when it comes to our HVAC and appliance repair needs!

      They tried to help out for free (giving phone advice without setting up a house call) and only scheduled a visit once that failed. I really appreciate them trying. Matthew the tech was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend their service
