      I've had several service calls from Central over the years. The technicians are all polite, prompt, and very professional. Chad went above and beyond what I expected on my dryer repair. Not only did he repair my dryer, but he examined the whole machine for anything else that might have needed service. That makes me want to call Central the next time I need service.

      I was able to arrange an appointment quickly and was kept informed at each step. The diagnosis of the problem was accurate though required two visits to complete. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was prompt, courteous and attentive to details like safety and respect of property. I would definitely recommend this company and would use it again if needed.

      I called first thing Wednesday morning and the tech was there that afternoon. Diagnostics were ran and I had an answer right away on what was wrong with my fridge. Also, the tech kept me aware of when he would be at my house so I was able to run errands, etc. before he arrived. I will definitely use this company again.
