      On time. Clean and neat. Knew the appliances very well. Fixed the refrigerator in about 25 minutes. The service was not free but it well worth it. Outstanding service.

      Chris came to service my refrigerator the same day I called. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and outlined options for me in the future. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them. Very pleased!

      Technician said our Samsung frig was toast,,, the back Cooling Fan assembly isn't working and it isn't made anymore and he could not find one... BS,,, we got on the internet and found a company that sell's them and ordered one... It's the same panel we have,,, fit's right in and working Great...

      We will not recommend your service to anyone...

      They took my money and didn’t even know what was wrong with my refrigerator. He just took the back off and looked in the fridge like he had super vision and said the compressor was out knowing it was the day before Christmas Eve. He didn’t even put his hands inside the fridge!

      NEVER EVER BE USING THEM ANYMORE!
      Inspected the job sight and charged us for $220 right away.
      Did NOT have a price estimate for the job. Called them several times, NO ANSWER.
