      We have used Central One Service several times for our refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The service has been terrific - that's why we keep calling them!
      The technicians are knowledgeabe, personable and efficient. The cost of service is very reasonable. And we can usually schedule an appointment within a day or two.
      I am happy to recommend them.

      The technician from Central One Service was very professional and friendly. He ordered a new computer for my washing machine and installed it a few days later. The washing machine works well now. Better than buying a new washing machine.

      I can highly recommend Central One Service Appliance Repair! My refrigerator went on the “blink” and I called Central One. They had a technician (Matthew) out promptly and at the scheduled appointment time. Matthew was great! Friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part(s). Matthew also promptly returned on the date and time he had said he would, and he had my refrigerator running like new in no time. I should also say that I purposely waited approximately two weeks to submit a review, as a further test of the quality service. My refrigerator is “humming” and cooling as good or better than it did when I purchased it several years ago! I highly recommend Central One and I so much appreciate the friendly and quality service I received. I will definitely use them in the future for any appliance repair needs!

      Every time we have called on Central One for service they have successfully diagnosed and repaired whatever problems we had with our appliances. Their pricing is good and the work has been completed in a timely fashion. We have always been happy with the results. Brandon, the technician who helped us most recently with our Whirlpool dryer did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend Central One to anyone who's looking for quality service for their appliances.

      I paid Central One almost $500 to get my washing machine repaired. It did not get fixed. Chad said they would be in touch with me since he took one of the parts back out when he knew he couldn’t fix it. He said they would make it right. I called and left a message for Kevin to call me last week but I haven’t heard back. I’ll have to buy a new washing machine and haven’t received even a partial refund. This really hurts. I don’t have money for a new washer and will have to use the laundromat in the meantime. Not happy.

      I had excellent service with Central One Service, the part came in and was installed exactly when they said it would. The serviceman was very professional and kind. They absolutely get my recommendation.
