      1-2-24 to 1-8-24 Patient since 2022. Listed Superior network provider. Progressive does not check or verify insurance info properly. They have Old network info on file which is Misleading representation .
      Refunds are monthly transactions by mail only Dr processes monthly only but in office Wednesday & Friday until then I am out $955 if I get reimbursed at All.
