      I NEVER requested their services nor did they provide me with any services, but they sent a bill to me and my husband for $186. These people are scammers!!!

      I never leave BBB reviews, but felt it my duty to the people of Arkansas to leave a review here.
      Clark Exterminating kept sending us bills, but the bills didn’t say when services were rendered. I thought we were paid up, so I emailed them. Turns out we were paid up.
      That started a month-long back-and-forth where they wouldn’t plainly answer my question. The service was pretty much rude, like I didn’t know what I was talking about and I was bothering them.
      I had to keep repeating that I just wanted to be billed after services were rendered (not before….normal right???) but they would just keep responding like they didn’t know what I was talking about. It was very frustrating – I’ve never quite experienced anything like this.
      When I told them I may have to quit, they said I had to stay with them another year or pay them around $300!
      All I wanted was for them to call us when it’s time to come out, do their spring, and then we pay the guy. If we happen to not pay, then they can send us a bill. Isn’t that how business works? Lol.
