    Slumlord who neglecting his apt buildings and the tenants.
    His name is David M***** B******** He is currently the owner of iRemodel Properties LLC. He owns the old St Anthony hospital in Morrilton which was rehabbed years ago and turned into Apartments. He has not had a property manager since last May. No maintenance since December. No cleaning. They dodge any attempt to contact them.
    Rainwater keeps gushing into my apartment every time it does more than sprinkle. I woke up this morning to water standing all across my kitchen floor and running under the appliances. There are also 6 leaks in the living room and 1 in the bedroom closet.
    Could not get anyone to answer the phone, the voice mail was full and no responses from texts or email.
    It has been like this for years. It won't be long before this historic building has gone to ruin. Every one is scared that they are going to lose their apartment. Many like myself are elderly or disabled and receive housing vouchers. Most of the apartments that were inspected by housing authority this week did not pass inspection.
