      My car was towed by this company 3 weeks ago and they damaged the front bumper cover and undercover of my car. I asked the lady at the front desk for the owner, and she told me (with a very nasty attitude) that he wasn't there and she would tell him to call me. She seemed bothered because I took several pictures of my car. It's been almost a month, and no one from that place has made any attempt to contact me to resolve the situation.
      When I have called, that lady hung up the phone on me, saying she's "done talking about it ". When I have physically gone up there, she saw me, said some words to the other office staff, then they all got up and walked into another room in the office, leaving me just standing in the lobby until I left.
      I even hear one of the older gentlemen call one of the younger guys by the name of the person that she said wasn't there. "Cody".
      All I want is my car made back right from the damages that they did to it. They don't seem to care and it's not right. I've worked hard to have nice things for my wife and myself the same way they work to have the things that they have.
      Only difference is that I'm not out here doing wrong by people. I'm willing to bet that I'm not the only person that they've done this way. And the ONLY reason that I'm giving them a single star is because I HAD to in order to be able to complete this. Sad excuses for business owners.

      I was lied to from day one was repoded due to American Car Center American Financial and told it would be held there in Jonesboro Arkansas have been calling lady told me I would receive a letter stating where and when car auction but vehicle was immediately take not held 30 days got no notice 10 days before car auction and NOTHING BUT LIES I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOONE AT ALL EVERYTHING ALL PPL INCLUDING WESTLAKE PORTFOLIO AMERICAN FINANCIAL AMERICAN CAR CENTER IS A LIE BUT IN THE END WE SHALL PREVAL AS ONE
