I called to make an appointment and was told they don't make appointments, but was told what day to bring it in. They said they shouldn't be too busy and it should only take a couple of days. I told them to check everything over on my trailer, see what they recommend and to do electrical work (replace bulbs and install flashers on the side). I dropped it off on Wednesday, expecting it back on Friday. They didn't even put it in the shop until Friday. I called everyday checking on it and was told they were too busy and haven't looked at it yet because I asked for an estimate first. They said this a few times, which makes no sense. Well, they finally called to give me an estimate after I called again. They said I needed brakes and some axle seals replaced along with the electrical, and that it would be around $1,500. I said ok. It actually wasn't ready until the following Wednesday and they tell me on the phone that they don't have my total ready yet, but I can head that way to pick it up. I get there and they say it's $2,640.72! What? They offer almost no explanation other than the parts cost more than they thought they would. Yet, they charged me over $1,400 in labor! Which means they never actually priced anything. They never called me to let me know anything without me calling first. Even when it was ready. They also lost my trailer's pigtail wedge. They looked for a few minutes in the shop and told me they don't know where it is, maybe it fell on the ground outside and I should go look for it. No offer to help look or offer to get a new one. Just "sorry". I do not recommend this place and will never be back. Better communication would have changed everything, but they do not communicate.
