      Be warned if you hire Keith **** ( Freedom Accessibiliy) to do any kind of work for you. First, he misled us about his credentials. Then, he used the cheapest materials throughout the job; it looks ugly and is ultimately unacceptable. What we were told would take 1- 2 weeks drug out to 4 months and even then he did not complete the job before ghosting us. There was very little communication and he and his crew did not listen to what we wanted. The work was substandard and perfirmed by very inexperienced workers. I have had to have someone else rip out what his crew did and redo it. He and his crew totally ruined the north side of our property. Overall, the job stands unfinished, but I'll take that before dealing any more with Keith ****. He charged a substantial amount of money and we are spending much more $ to mitigate the problems the work done by this business caused.
