  I had Mike’s Home Repair and Remodeling company come out for replacement of an exterior door, to reset another exterior door and to paint ceilings and walls throughout different rooms of my home. Luke and Joey did an excellent job of keeping the area clean, detailed with the work at hand and used extreme caution moving /covering my furniture around to avoid any possible paint spots. They were even good with my pet's. I was quoted a time of completion and they were able to get everything done in 3 days. I was very impressed with the quality, time, skills and respect that these young men displayed. I’ll definitely be using Mike’s again and sharing the company with friends, family and colleagues.

  We had a very uneven ceiling in our kitchen and Mike was able to remove popcorn and completely smooth out the wonky ceiling. He also removed popcorn from ceilings in the dining room and one bathroom, and painted all three rooms. He is very particular and really pays attention to detail. We’re already planning to hire him for several more updates in our home. We highly recommend Mike's company.

  We had a hidden leak in our main bathroom that had rotted the subfloor. After contacting several businesses about a repair, none of which ever got back to us, I remembered that Mike had done subfloor work in my mother's kitchen several years ago. Once I contacted him, Mike got back to me in a couple of hours and was out within a few days for an estimate.
  From pre-estimate to finished work, Mike kept me apprised of his schedule, showed up on a Saturday (with our blessing) to stay on schedule, and checked with me several times on design decisions, while also making his own small suggestions (wall texture options) when we were unsure of which way to go. Additionally, he went above and beyond with providing little things, like towel bars that matched the shower hardware finish I had asked for. His number one rule is making sure his client is happy when he walks out that door for the final time.
  Personally, as long as Mike is in business, I've found my contractor and won't use anyone else. On top of the needed repairs, that bathroom went from an average, plain Jane older design to absolutely gorgeous. Thanks Mike!

  We were in a terrible situation after a previous contractor abandoned our remodel project and left us a mess. Mike and his crew were our saving grace! Mike submitted a fair bid, made it easy to communicate, had fast response times, and delivered exceptional quality work. We made several changes along the way and Mike was very flexible and accommodating, always making sure that we were happy. We are thrilled with the end result—Mike is a true craftsman! Our house was literally down to the dirt and joists when he started and it is a beautiful home now complete with stunning subway wall tiles, clean paint lines with attention to detail, floors laid exactly to manufacturer guidelines, and creative transition solutions for our multi-level floors. The crew came in and fixed so many things done terribly wrong by our first contractor and did not take advantage of us. Mike restored our faith in humanity in general and was always looking out for our best interests—his top priority from the beginning to the end was making sure that he was providing professional work to ensure we were going to have a beautiful home to move into as soon as possible while working with our budget. 10/10 would recommend!
