      Hired Roto-Rooter to clean out our septic tank. This company came out on or around November 21 to complete the job. They initially only cleaned out the vacuum pump, even though that was not requested, and indicated that we did not have a septic tank - which is not true. After further investigation, they found the septic tank, opened it and cleaned it. After they left, water started to pool and continues to pool around the Vacuum pump top. It looks like they may not have closed it all the way or damaged it in some way as this was never an issue prior. There is a foul smell when it rains and water pools. We called the company about a week after they came out when we noticed this issue and were placed on a priority list. We've called several times since early December only to be told that we are not a priority. I called this week and Kisha in their Jonesboro office let me know that pipes freezing have been a priority even though we've not had freezing weather in the area unitl the last 3 days this week.

      It appears that roto-rooter and hedge portable toilet rental are one and the same.

      I do show where we were at this residence on November 20, 2024. We only charged for the pumping of the septic tank, we did not charge for pumping of the pumping chamber. I show that they called back on January 8th about the water pooling on top of grinder pump lid and the smell of sewer when it rains. I will call the customer today and try to get someone out there. I am also looking into why it has taken so long to get back out there. I will let you know what I find out upon further investigation.
