    This company did not file my taxes properly, and charged my account, and now has become rude and now blocks my messages when i called to ask her what was going on with my taxes, she is hired from a personal family that i found out was not a real company Moonlight and daylight llc and tyler management who also refused to give me my 1099 form and blocked all contact and refused to give me my last check which i worked over 12 hours a day for.

    We have not blocked her calls, she changes her number frequently. We have sent her copies of all returns via mail and through an online portal. The problem is that ***** is her ex boyfriend, and she left this information at his home. He was her employer she needs to go to him for a copy of her 1099. We do not have nor are we require to keep a copy of them. She refuses to contact ***** because they had a bad break up
