      I will never go here again. You make an appointment and 30miniutes later past your appointment you are still waiting. Then once you ae in the exam room be prepared to wait another 30 mins to an hour. The customer service at this location is terrible, rude, bad attitudes from employees, billing information is always incorrect and wrong, employees standing around talking, and on cellphones. This place and location was very un-professional!!!!!

      McFarland Eye Care states that they sent me 5 payment due notices (according to their computer) since early April 2023 but I never received the first notice. I asked the billing department to trace them, and also the Post Office, but neither could, or would track them. My address on their file is correct so if they did mail them then I should have gotten at least one notice. I did not get any payment due notices. The second visit at McFarland we paid in cash so that is not disputed. Why they did not ask for the first visit payment is beyond me unless it is a scam with the Collection dogs?
      So they turned it over to a Collection Company, of which I could also complain for their etiquette, of which I did receive the first notice which they mailed me. I assume it is the first.
      And I paid the $35.00 online PLUS a $1.95 fee. See that.
      I wish there was a recourse. But who ya gonna call??
      Anyway folks, PAY YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU LEAVE McFarland EYE CARE or they will destroy your credit rating.
      And thanks BBB for this venue to alert people to legal scams out there.

      Told me it would cost 104 for normal eye exam for contacts. I paid 45 dollars when I walked in door then 60 once completed. Then Billed me 260 and didn't even get my prescription correct or do color blindness test. Total cost is 365 dollars for a yearly eye exam! I would not recommend. In my opinion I believe this place is over billing the elderly.
