This company provided driveway services for us in early January. We paid $16,000 for the job, but the work was done poorly. The pavement has already begun to crack. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, we have received no response. They guarantee a one-year warranty, but after the initial call or text—where they promise to address the issue—they never follow through. After that, they ignore all further calls and messages. This is an unprofessional business, and their Google reviews reflect similar experiences.

The complaint was for a crack in the pavement we do not warrety a crack iwe removed several tree stumps and pavers the area stumps were I told her the area was soft if it develops a hole I have no problem repairing but concrete will crack I will go by and see if it needs repairCustomer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:You mentioned “concrete will crack”, this is asphalt. Cracking within a month of work is not normal. You stated warranty doesn’t not cover cracks. What does your warranty covers then? Do you have proper documentation on warranty? Give me a specific date and time where the business will be here since the business stated multiple times about showing up but did not. I request this gets solved next week, otherwise, legal action will be taken.
