    Worst customer service in the nation. I have been waiting on parts over over one year. No phone responses to multiple attempts to get help.

    I am the Director of Services for the Hydro-Temp Corporation. We don't typically sell these sophisticated home comfort system systems to "homeowners", but with sure trepidation, we sold this system to Kris ******. After several installation related issues that were outside the control of the Hydro-Temp Corp, the system good. Mr. ****** currently has a used but functional desuperheater pump in his unit for the pumping of water through his water heater system. The original pump has been discontinued by our supplier, however, we have never been notified by Mr. ****** the used pump was not functional. I have handled Mr. ******** account personally, and at no time have I not returned his communications or that of his service technician.

    Unfortunately, I have had 10 excruciating years dealing with Hydro-temp. In 2012-2014 I built my dream home and installed 4 hydro-temp HVAC units. The problems with the coils started within 2 years of installation, and we continued to have coil issues. Hydro-temp tried to blame the coil issues on VOC's. I have seen this VOC excuse used on everyone else in their blogs and reviews. It didn't stop there, we replace multiple compressors, variable-speed drives, and fans. I have dealt with John, ***, and Chris all these years and get all the same excuses. Parts are on backorder, covid, etc. We were without heat or ac in Texas for months and sometimes over a year before I got the replacement part that is if I got it at all. I had no choice but to replace 2 units because Hydro-temp could not replace the coils. I am currently replacing the last two because they can't get the replacement coils. I will have 4 Waterfurnace units that have a ten-year warranty and plenty of replacement parts. Unlike, Hydro-temp it is custom crap and you are lucky if any of it works for any period of time, and good luck getting any custom parts. You are setting yourself up for disappointment if you buy Hydro-temp. I wouldn't put this junk in my home if it was free because it will be nothing but problems.
