    Received my order #***** about 2-3 weeks ago. The tiny plants were wilted, and leaves had gray spots. I watered them right away, let them drain, put them in a sunny window. Last week, little to no improvement. I planted them in a big pot, together for healing. New pot w/bottom rocks, new org. farming soil. It’s rained here a lot last week, so I went out every day to test/drain the soil, and always made sure they were in the sun. Over the weekend, they got even worse.
    Took a photo, and called the company. No one answers; their hours from 10-2 only. No customer service. So, I sent an email with my photograph….and the owner replied saying: NOT MY FAULT, I don’t ship sick plants, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, she’s assuming I didn’t. Who treats their customers like this??? She’s defensive, argumentative, accusatory, and also rude. No liability, no product guarantee….I sent 2nd reply email explaining, again, that these JUST GOT HERE. $105.50-no a small order. Something bad occurred here.
    These tiny plants were wrapped in wood shavings, very little soil, in plastic bags. Sick then abused in transit, all for $27.50! The owner should know how to wrap plants for transit, and guarantee they will thrive after arrival. Plants ARE her business. Shock is normal-lasts a 2-3 days. I’ve been gardening's 25+ years. So insulting!
    In all the online complaints I read, the owner does the same thing: NOT MY FAULT, I SHIP ONLY AWESOME THINGS, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, THE SHIPPER DID IT. No responsibility whatsoever. (Takes your money too!)
    Last year, I ordered three blueberries from her, but they never came back after winter. I took that hit-blueberries are picky. She took my money there too. I’m really upset. Clearly, something is wrong with plant quality and I’m not the only customer having quality issues. Out of the 30 plant companies I’ve ordered from, this is the worst. Worst customer service, worst treatment, worst experience, worst plants. Please refund so I can buy elsewhere!!

    One of my plants was in poor condition when it arrived and died a week after planting it. It's been over a week and despite numerous emails back and forth I still don't have a straight answer about a refund/replacement. I won't purchase from this company again- buyer beware.
