    I did not approve or co-sign off on this car, I have no contractual agreement with this company. I request an immediate investigation and removal of this fraudulent account from my credit report, as well as the deletion of any associated collections or late payments, 15 U.S.C. § 1666. Additionally, under 15 U.S.C. § 1681g Section 611 and Section 609, 1 am entitled to request all information in my credit file. Until I receive and review the requested documentation, I ask that all collection efforts be paused.

    Should you fail to respond within 30 days, I expect the complete removal of this matter from my credit records, with written confirmation sent to me from all three major credit bureaus. I trust you will review your records thoroughly to prevent any unnecessary legal proceedings.

    I am writing to report an unauthorized account opened in my name by Colonial Auto Finance. The details of the account are as follows:

    I did not authorize this account and have no knowledge of it. I suspect this is a case of identity theft, and I have already filed reports with the appropriate agencies. Despite disputing this account, it remains on my credit report.

    I am requesting that Colonial Auto Finance promptly remove this account from my credit report and take necessary steps to rectify this situation.
