    Dear BBB,

    I am writing to file a complaint about a repair service that I received from a company named Hammer Down. I am the owner of a 2017 Camaro and I had a deal with them where I provided the parts and they would do the labor. However, I have been very disappointed with the service that I have received from them.

    The first issue started in October when I had to wait for two months for the parts that were required for my car. Despite this delay, I was patient and waited for the parts to arrive. Finally, in November, we received the parts but it was not until December 13th that Pual, informed me that my car will be ready.

    When I picked up my car on April 13th, I realized that water had leaked into the trunk of my car. I was shocked to see that the shop had neglected my car and did not take proper care of it. I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from Hammer Down Performance and feel that my trust in them has been completely broken.

    I would like to request a full refund for the services that were provided to me. I hope that you will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not have to go through the same experience that I did.
