    Failed to honor their workmanship. Installed a defective skimmer on the pool they built for us . Kept saying they would fix it then they just stopped responding to my communications. I had to make them redo the tile 3 times on my pool just to try and get it to look decent.

    Charge ridiculous 50% money up front and never return to do work. They’ll just keep your money once you tell them to cancel project. SCAMS POOLS & SPAS! Run away as fast as you can.

    Sands Decorative Concrete put concrete around our newly constructed inground pool, built a retaining wall, put in a new parking area, and a big pad for a future pavilion. A BIG job. When they finished the job, they never cleaned up. They left moldings used. They left big blobs of concrete ALL over!! When one of the workers stained the concrete, he got stain on the bottom of his shoes, and now there are permanent foot prints going up the walk way. Kyle never came by to look over the project when it was finished, or he would have seen all of these things. I have sent numerous emails and pictures to get them to come clean up and fix these things, but no response. I even contacted the state Attorney General about this matter. Do not hire Sands Decorative Concrete. They do not do what you ask, and they leave your property damaged, and a mess!
