Mike and his crew from American Standard Foundation Repair were great to work with, and far exceeded our expectations! Although we anticipated having to have supports (piers) installed under our foundation, Mike suggested that we first see about doing a better job of getting the water channeled away from the foundation of our home. They dig trenches and placed pipe around 2 sides of our home, and also from the back, away from a 10+ foot retaining wall behind our home. They also installed a sump pump (much digging and a pipe exiting our basement through a concrete wall). The workers were efficient and cleaned up any mess made each day. (and there was a lot of gravel, dirt, and concrete each day to dispose of).
The crew (Brandon, Andrew and Blake) were very respectful of us and our home and kept us informed of everything going on.
I truly feel that I can highly recommend American Standard Foundation Repair for any foundation/structural work you might need

I was referred to Michael ******* at American Standard Foundation Repair by a neighbor who had previously engaged the company to perform some foundation work at his home. I had some concerns about evidence of minor settling at my own home. Michael responded quickly, and visited my property to evaluate it. We walked the foundation together and discussed my observations for 30 to 45 minutes. Michael provided me with a significant amount of feedback on my concerns and educated me about my situation. In the end, Michael indicated that services by his company were not needed at this time and gave we some great tips on controlling water on my property. He was extremely helpful.

5 starsI met with Michael ******* of American Standard Foundation Repair today to discuss some evidence of minor settling issues at my home and driveway. Michael spent 45 minutes with me providing a wealth of information about the nature of my settling issues and how to deal with them most effectively. At this point, he advised that I not engage ASFR to provide any assistance but was incredibly helpful in suggesting things I could do to mitigate a problem that might arise later.
I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming with his expertise and advice. I will definitely turn to Michael and his team if I find that my needs demand it.Review fromEric v.

5 starsI was very impressed by the expertise and quality of work I received from American Standard. I couldn’t be more pleased with result of the piers added to stabilize the foundation on my 1960 split level that I recently purchased that was needing support. They also identified significant issues with the current French drains and were able to drastically improve my homes ability to divert water from the foundation and crawl space. This company did a phenomenal job repairing my foundation and stabilizing my house. They were incredibly easy to work with, honest and kind throughout the entire process. Last month our front door got to a point it took two hand to open and had to body slam it to close it can't believe the doorknob survived all the pulling and tugging. Brandon with American Standard Foundation checked it out the stem wall had dropped he repaired this in an afternoon and the door opens and closes better than I ever remember it. Thank you! I had American Standard Foundation Repair out for an estimate on drying up a basement area. I found Michael to be incredibly knowledgeable and surprisingly honest in his assessment. Thinking I was going to be in for a major foundation repair, but being told that my issues would likely be solved with new gutters and additional downspouts around the house. He didn’t try to sell me anything that he could do and gave me an honest assessment. Hard to find that these days. I would highly recommend.American Standard Foundation Repair
