1 starWe have been trying to get Precision Garage Door to fix our doors for nine months. Their customer service is the worst. You have to follow up with them, and they want you to do all of the work. They want you to take measurements, come pick up the items and install them yourself. In addition when they did come out they broke one of the windows. Beware of their high pressure sales tactics. If you need a repair they will try to sell your new garage doors. We caved and bought the doors, called to cancel the order and they came out in twenty minutes to convince us why we needed the doors. We caved again and just bought the doors. Now that there is a problem it’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a home repair service. Do not use this company.Review fromJared N
