      DO NOT buy from this joke of a company. Bought a mattress about 2 months ago and was told there was a 90 day return policy if we didnt like it. I called today to exchange it because it wasnt working out for us and the guy WENT AGAINST HIS WORD LIKE AN ABSOLUTE CROOK and wont let us exchange it. I am not even looking to return it, just exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! All they care about is your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Some lying, old man helped us. BEWARE OF HIM. He lies just to get sales.

      We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. We have only a few select models that are eligible for a 90 day comfort exchange, but none of our inventory has a return policy.  The mattress that was selected is not part of the eligible mattresses, it is posted in the store and on-line what qualifies.  After your initial unpleasant interaction with our salesman, you understood that it was not an eligible mattress for the 90 day comfort exchange and you proceeded to give bad reviews on multiple sites.  After some consideration, I offered you (the customer) a 20% restocking fee for an exchange to another mattress of your choice, which was denied.   We accept that not every customer can be pleased, so we wish you well and will extend the fore-mentioned offer until the 90 days from purchase date.
