  Do not hire these people. They dropped our 100-year old Steinway on brand new floors that had been installed 5 days prior. The floors sustained damage that will cost us over $2,000 to mitigate. They also didn’t properly reassemble the piano, so we’ll have to find another company to finish their work - an additional expense we’ll incur because we chose Razorback Moving.
  After dropping the piano, damaging our floors, and leaving the piano partially reassembled, the team demanded payment in full. We told them we would not be paying them until we filed a claim with their insurance company. They left, and about 30 minutes later their boss, Dave, showed up at our door with the Rogers police.
  Dave accused us of “cussing out his team” and “throwing them out” of our house, he told us he’d take us to court (and that he’d already been to court FIVE times with previous customers), and said since we didn’t pay for additional insurance they owed us nothing. To reiterate his point, he said he could “run a truck into our house” and he wouldn’t owe us anything. He pointed to the contract and said we should have read every page before we signed it and that they have no liability. During our exchange, he simultaneously blamed the age and condition of the piano and touted his 38 years of expertise in piano moving. With all his ranting and waving the contract, he never uttered a syllable of remorse or apology.
  We ended up having to have the piano moved out to replace the floors. We used a different company that was excellent. Razorback Moving is inexperienced, ignorant, deceitful and unprofessional.

  Dave and his team were top tier, professional, fast, and careful movers. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. I never once felt worried about my belongings in transit and was pleased with their care and professionalism from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend this team specifically, and Razorback Moving as a company. 100/10

  Horrible experience! I would steer clear of this moving company. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. We hired for pack and move of a four bedroom house. This was our 6th move, so not a first experience with “professional” movers. Nothing was packed correctly, horrendous job loading the truck. All the furniture didn’t fit, which I questioned earlier in the day, and was condescendingly dismissed with “ ma’am we’ve been doing this for years, we know what we’re doing”. Until 5 pm when there were 3 pieces of furniture sitting in my driveway and they told me “we’d have to put them in our cars.” I said, we don’t have room and I’m paying you to move my furniture and belongings. Long story short, the owner followed truck to new state with an SUV carrying last three items. So much unnecessary damage to our belongings and furniture. At final destination, owner stated, “ don’t worry we’ll take care of the damages.” However, when the time came he was quite rude and sang a different tune. 20+ pages of damages and we ended up not even filing the claim with his insurance. Wouldn’t have been worth the deductible and our time. Just wanted to be done. How they’re still in business is a mystery.
