    For the second time we are experiencing a total lack of competence in trying to resolve a problem related to the name on our insurance. Pinnacle keeps saying our claim was denied. Our insurance provider has no record of the claim being filed - has not denied anything. I send a picture of the card. Nothing happens except I get ANOTHER bill. It seems there is not communication between people in the company and there is NO WAY to actually contact someone.
    After multiple emails we got my wife's issue resolved. Now we have the same situation with mine. I do not have this problem with any other healthcare provider. Just send the claim in exactly as it is on the card!!
    I, too, do not know why Mercy uses this company - other than the doctor must have ironclad relationships there.

    Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I have a dispute and emailed customer service. There are only two ways to contact them-either by an automated attendant available 24/7 to make payments or to send them a message. I sent a message. The response was like they were talking into a phone and it was typing the message out. Here is the response from them and I am writing it as sent to me: The both insurance has processed the claim leaving the remaining balance as patient responsibility and no refund is due. I beg to differ. Is this person able to use spell check? I sent this person a message back asking to speak with someone in person about my bill. No response!!!!! It has been two weeks. How on earth can Mercy Health Systems continue to use this company? I'm totally disgusted!!! I give 1 star for effort!!!

    Billing and customer service is as poor and unprofessional as I have seen in my 65 years. Been trying to resolve a problem about a 21.00$ billing error for over a month. Apparently these inquiries are outsourced to a company out of country were English is second language and calls to me register as spam. About as unprofessional and ridiculous as possible.

    I keep getting emails saying I owe money but there's never a total. They what additional information from me to get me a total. I would think if it's a legitimate bill, they should already have my personal information. I am concerned that this is a phishing attempt!
