      Our experience with Roof America was beyond exceptional! We sustained roof, siding and gutter damage on our home due to a fallen tree. Unfortunately, our insurance company offered a small percentage of the actual repair cost with a take it or leave it attitude. Our adjuster proposed a partial "patch repair" which would have left us with unmatched shingles and siding, leaving not only an unsightly result but also loss of remaining roof warranty. Left frustrated and vulnerable to a system we didn't understand, as well as frantic at the likelihood of losing substantial value on our home, we felt defenseless against the insurance company. We contacted Roof America who protected our best interest, working diligently to protect our rights as homeowners. Not only are they skilled workers, but they are also amazing at navigating the process and system to ensure their clients receive a fair and complete repair of their property. It is refreshing to find a trustworthy professional in an age when the behavior of many are dishonest and unscrupulous. I believe the innocence of our 6 year old grandson summed it up when he referred to Earn and Perry of Roof America as "a part of our family." Thank you, Earn, Perry ****** and crews, you touched our home with great skill and expertise, you touched our hearts with genuine kindness.

      I’m so glad I chose Roof America to replace my hail damaged roof! They did an amazing job! It looks so much better with the vented top and one of the downspouts rerouted. Steve and the rest of the team were so professional and pleasant to work with to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

      I have known these guys for a long time and always recommend them to friends in the area when roofing comes up in conversation. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that they did on my house. I definitely recommend Roof America if you need anything roof or solar related and live in the Northwest Arkansas area!
