    My oven stopped working and I called this company.and provided him with what happened and the brand and model # of the appliance. Kevin E******, the owner, researched the symptoms and came the very next afternoon willing to work with our schedule, prepared to know what he needed to test for, knowing what options needed to be tested instead of testing everything. It turned out that we had a strange power outage and it fried the oven baking element. He called his source for the part and was able to get it the next day and replace the part in a very short time. He had gave us an estimate and it was a very fair price. It was so fair that we felt he underpriced the job and gave him extra money. He is a Marine veteran and this is his first year working this business full time. My husband and I both highly recommend. One point that I need to point out is that we selected him because his company was named the Best of The Best Appliance Repair/Service In the Hot Springs Village Voice (annual local community's newspaper's Readers' Choice Awards for Garland and Saline Counties..
