    After weeks of lies and inconsistencies, they called and said that the windows, I chose (their offerings) did not meet state specs, and mailed my deposit check back to me. Have never received my promotional money for listening to their sales pitch, even though I had ordered my windows from them.

    This company is a joke. I was told one thing and then got another. Now I have to call them weekly and still nothing is done. I highly suggest you use a better company thar stands by their word.

    Tim ********* came to our door and offered us $50.00 to listen to his presentation and bid. He said it would be mailed to us and we have never received anything.
    Spoke to his manager at Wintek that tried to pressure us into signing going from $31,273 to $19,679 bid. Then dropped t $12,564.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Wintek USA to replace my old roof, and I must say the experience was exceptional. Every aspect of their service exceeded my expectations, leaving me with a brand-new roof that I am absolutely thrilled with! The level of professionalism displayed by the entire team was outstanding. I was pretty nervous at the idea of needed to purchase a roof, as I did not know where to begin or what was available. Wintek was prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the efficiency and timeliness of the project. I just had one small snag. They originally dropped off the incorrect tile but replaced it with the right one after discovering the error. They were responsive to any concerns or inquiries I had, which further solidified my confidence in their service. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Wintek USA. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to delivering the highest quality service are truly commendable.

    I just had WinTekUSA install fourteen windows for my home. I am beyond thrilled with the quality of the windows and workmanship of the installers. It was a very smooth and easy process from beginning to end. Price was also within my budget. I loved the no pressure salesman also when coming out to give his presentation and quote for my new windows

    25K in new windows. The caulking job is awful. The screens are so flimsy. I have already had to reroll 2 of my screens back into the tract. Communication is awful. Follow up is yet to be seen. I am absolutely disgusted that I chose them to replace all of my windows.

    I looke up window replacements on google and went to their site as they are from my state, within 2 hours of my home. I entered my phone and number and email to be contacted for an appointment to receive an estimate. Within 4 hours the phone calls started and they have not stopped. as of today (9/13) I have received 38 phone calls in a 6 day period from this company. I took the first one and scheduled the appointment but they will not quit calling and then when I ask them to remove my phone number from their list, the CSR was rude and said she had not called me 38 times then promptly hung up.
    I am now trying to cancel my appointment with them as I do not want to do business with a company that is so overly pushy...
    Beware of entering your contact information on websites and instead call a contractor you trust to complete the service.
    Lesson learned.
