    Requested service to identify a leak, technician used washer hookups to find the leak and then forgot to reconnect washer. My wife started a load of laundry then left to run errands, we came back to house partially flooded, ruining battery backups, rugs, trim, and leaving a horrible smell in garage. Business was initially very responsive and came out to test wall for water damage and noted items I had lost due to water damage. I called to follow up and kept getting told they would notify me if they intended to pay or refund. Eventually I just requested a full refund for failure to complete service as expected and was told they would look into it. Be careful if you use this business, they will not treat you right if any accidents they are liable for occur, it seems they just wanted to come out to residence to confirm no serious damage so they could confirm liability and then hoped I would give up.
