      I spent over $7,000 on a black chain-link fence to get installed by them and after our own personal land survey on top of the company's own survey, they still somehow managed to put my fence over my property line onto my neighbor's property. Both my neighbor and I spent a year and a half badgering them, as far as with legal action, and they refused to come out to rectify their mistake. Today, 5/16/25, they show up to my home without so much as a phone call or a knock on a door and just begin working on my fence? I have four dogs, one of which is a 100+ pound German Shepherd, and I would've been held completely liable for whatever she might've done to them simply because they were here without my knowledge and they only shrugged their shoulders when being confronted for it. I haven't even touched on the fact that the fence itself is awful, it hasn't held up at all and weakened within MONTHS of installation to the point I'm having another company come to repair C&B's mistakes. I don't know how they have an A+ rating, I hardly know how they're still licensed after seeing other horror stories in town with the same company.

      I paid over $18,000 for a black chain-link Bobwire fence with an electric magnetic opener to keep my dogs inside. Chris stated multiple times that he would be back to fix the gate operator and secure the bottom of the fence that was defective from the start. he never secured the bottom tightly, allowing the dogs to pass without resistance under the fence. I heard multiple excuses till finally I lost my cool. This guy is not to be trusted and do not pay him until the job is complete because he will not come back when he promises. He will give multiple excuses and lies. He will not even answer my calls and I have had a terrible experience. I had another fence project done recently with ****** ***** out of Little Rock which was the polar opposite experience. I guess because I’m a long distance from Russellville, he thinks no one’s going to hear this. He actually fired one of his managers, who would not go along with him, shortening the estimated fence length without my consent, to save him money by cheating me. I will probably have to submit a claim in small claims court to teach him a lesson
