    My husband and myself had a flooding issue. Both bathrooms and most of our bedroom subfloor needed replacing. We had flooring though out our house that was fairly new but no long available. R & R replaced all our flooring though out our house. They removed both bath & shower units and built a custom walk in shower in the master and a tube and tile unit in the guess bath. They also built a custom vanity and floor to celling wall cabinet that was also ruined do to the flooding. We are SO pleased with everything they they did for us. Their prices are beyond compare in our opinion. Their workmanship is awesome. Everything was done as we were told it would be and in a timely manner. My husband and myself would highly recommend R & R. The flooding issue was part of a insurance claim but we are so pleased with their work that we are getting ready for them to do a kitchen remodel and some work on the outside of our home.

    Worst remodeling experience ever. Waited 5 months & still no work "started." No communication from R &R. I had to iniate EVERY CALL until insurance company got involved. I've done 4 home construction jobs over the years. This company's work was not even a zero. Other jobs were completed with a 10! I finally gave up. I gave them "the good news" they were fired. Other qualified contractors brought on board. They, TOO, + the insurance company were appalled at R & R 's lack of commitment & work.
    Horrible. Indifferent. Left waiting in without communication & a plan of work steps. Waste of my time/life.
    Insurance company, 2 other contractors, & I were shocked at such poor performance.

    Mrs. R*** we are sorry for the delay in what was supposed to be a start date. The freeze put everybody behind. As far as work being a zero, we never performed any work on your house, and to say that we were fired when we never even did the job, is false. We are happy that you found a suitable contractor and he did a good job.
