    So i dropped my car off March 1st with the left front damaged, Was updated on March 10th that we was looking at March 15th for it to be done. So than my rental was maxed out than I had to start paying out of pocket.. They finally got me into a loaner car after deciding it wouldn't be done till March 21st. Finally they let me know after i called on the 21st that it wouldn't be ready till 22nd. So I take my loaner back and start looking over my vehicle and start finding things wrong with it that wasn't there before going in.. The man walked over to my car with my spouses sunglasses that was left in the loaner and never says anything about the loaner. I let him know that I was having problems with the brakes in it.. So than I show him on my hood there was damage to the paint to the metal that wasn't there before.. he stated let me go in and look at the pictures, so he does and comes back out apologizing that they would be more than happy to fix the damage. After I left they than called me back stating we could schedule for it to be fixed ,but couldn't use their loaner and threw accusations that their loaner spelt like weed, and i was appauled at the accusations. I stated that nothing had been smoked it their loaner. All they could say is well it must be on someone cause it smells like it.. But its funny no accusations was throwed when bringing glasses to me till after the damage was pointed out.. Also when i was on my way home I noticed my windshield wiper was flapping, which nothing was wrong with it when it went in the shop.
