5 starsFaith Fence was contracted to teardown, rebuild, and expand our residential deck. Once they got started their progress was impressive to watch. My city has some of the strictest building codes and they navigated all of it exceptionally well. They hit an irrigation/sprinkler line (which was almost expected since we didn't know where the lines were buried) but they had it repaired the very next day and were back on track with the deck.Review fromJames D

Estimate went fine. They were 2 weeks out. Waited 3 weeks with no contact. Contacted them and was told they would be out the next day for the small easy job. They didn’t show up so I told them to forget about the job.

I have spoken to my staff and made recommendations to avoid this happening in the future. Our schedule is affected by many factors, but communication is of utmost importance and, unfortunately, we failed you in this circumstance. Please accept my deepest apology. 5 starsHad an old privacy fence removed and a new one put up, this job was completed in two days and we are more than satisfied with their professional work. Would highly recommended Faith Fence for any job you need done .
