      Had our air unit go out in December and decided to go with our warranty company for repairs. After over a month without heat they approved Bright HVAC to install a new unit on Feb 29. They charged us for products not provided, concrete pad, wiring modifications etc. after the installation we found out that our warranty company covered all of the cost and were to get a refund of the $700 out of pocket we paid. They only refunded $200 of this. Then after it started warming up we started having issues with the unit freezing up daily. All to find out they installed a much larger unit than recommended for our home. They came out to see why it was freezing up daily. They said our fan just needed to be adjusted on the air handler in the attic. Fast forward to today. We now have a new water damage to our ceiling from this fan adjustment with the air handler pouring water into the pan and not being able to drain fast enough. So now we are left with yet another home repair due to pour decisions made by this company. I would not recommend allowing them to repair anything unless you want more problems in the near future.

      No to mention scheduling the install. The gentleman scheduling everything, Calvin i believe, didn’t seemed to thrilled to have to deal with me and not my husband to schedule this and request multiple time for me to make sure my husband left me with a check for them, implying that there would be an issue accepting a check that I have signed.
