      I put money down on a pool liner and requested miscellaneous pool services for which I have not received any work or refund this was done July 14, 2022 when I signed the contract. Since then, Martin Pools ignores my phone calls puts me on hold since they have caller ID they don’t have to answer the phone when I call. I’ve called them so many times this time because they have failed to put in my liner and have also failed to do any of the services I requested. After two years I would think they would have time to get this done. I’ve been more than Patient with them, as I know we’ve had rain and they can’t always come do the work when it rains, but really two years?
      I also called them last week and told them I was going to be contacting the BBB and my lawyer and they said they’ll be out this week, and I still have not heard from them what their plans are and I do not see them here today. I was told that I was next in line to get my work done, there’s been two weeks of no rain and has been dry. I would think they could come get this done. I will be contacting my lawyer, as well as the attorney general over this matter, and I hope no one will do business with these people any further. If they only had made an attempt to work with me, I could get past it, but Don’t even try. They keep making excuses.

      Very poor service!!! Called 3 months ahead to get on the list to have our pool opened. And they a week date - then call on Wednesday they say Thursday or Friday - call Friday afternoon they say Saturday!!! Saturday comes and they still don’t show up!!!!
