      On Feb 29th of this year I signed a contract with Big Redzzz (through *****) to purchase a sectional. I was told it would take 2 weeks. After the two weeks I called and they said the following Friday. After this I could not get anyone to return my calls, I have been blocked on social media, and when I went to the store the associate said he could not get a hold of the owner. I am still paying for merchandise I never received because they refuse to approve the cancellation.

      We had placed an order for a couch at the beginning of February, and here is is almost April without a couch. We had paid for the couch almost entirely and every week we are told "we didn't receive it this week, it'll be next week before it'll be delivered". We are constantly having promises made about when the couch will be in our possession, and every time I fall to check up on it it's always another excuse about why it isn't in our possession. They avoid our phone calls and state it's because of an issue with their phones. Now it's seeming to be difficult in getting a refund on our money.
