    On early October I went to ***************************** to purchase 2 one-way tickets from Albert Lea MN, to Guadalajara,JAL. I received a "transaction successful page and in it was a QR code that had ************* for a confirmation number.

    On October 14th a payment of $566.50 was finalized to them, the transaction has their company name and address stated.

    When arriving to board busses on October 25th we were informed that the company had no registration of the tickets and had never received payment.

    After sending them the proof I have also attached here they still refuse to resolve the problem. Since I still required the tickets, I had to then repurchase 2 more tickets so that my grandmas could travel back to Mexico. I have been scammed out of my money and want your help to get it back.

    I paid 313.00 for a ticket and it was not possible to travel for health reasons, then I wanted to use the ticket and they told me that it had already been lost and that they only give 2 months to use it again. Later, I tried to talk to the person in charge and she never wanted to answer one of the questions. The employees told me that nothing could be done that had been lost due to the orders of the manager

    *** **** did bought a ticket from Minneapolis to Guadalajara for December, 2023. He called on December 13, 2023 and told us that a family member was ill he was not going to be able to travel. We gave him the option to leave his ticket with no date, but he had to used it for  March 2024. From December 13, 2023 until September 24, 2024 we did not hear from Mr. Meza. Our tickets are only valid for 60 days from the day of purchase, but due to *** ****** circumstances we decided to give him a little bit more time. If the ticket was not used by March 2024 at the latest, then the ticket would be a total loss. I sent an attachment of *** ****** ticket history with a note, date, and time of what we told him. Any questions feel free to reach out.

    He did call back on April 19, 2024 at 5:30pm. But like we said before he had to use/travel on March 2024, whenever he call back on April it was to late to rescheduled his ticket for another day. The rules/clauses are on the email (************************) that we sent him, in which it says that the tickets can not be cancel, are non transferable, and non refundable. Due to his situation that he had a sick relative, we decided to leave his ticket open to be used on or before March 2024. If there any more questions feel free to reach out.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Deberían informar al cliente la política de cancelación al momento de comprar haci el cliente sabrá sí compra o no,yo pensé que daban hasta un año para usar ese boleto;recuerden que uno tiene sus emergencias para no viajar lamento mucho que esa empresa solo piense en si mismo y no en el cliente para mí eso es un robo.

    Translation: They should inform the customer of the cancellation policy at the time of purchasing so that the customer will know whether to buy or not.  I thought they gave up to a year to use that ticket; remember that one has emergencies so as not to travel, I am very sorry that this company only thinks about itself and not in the client, for me that is theft.
