    Do Not use this company for any type of heat and air service!! We spent over $15,000 on a brand new HVAC system four years ago for our home and it has never worked right! For the past 4 years, our heat freezes up and stops working and then we are without heat completely during all of the bitter cold weather! When we call this company to come fix it, they come out at least a month after we call for service repair. Often times we have to call them multiple times with no response. We have been nothing but patient and kind to everyone! We are constantly lied to about someone coming to repair our system and no one ever shows up to fix it the right way. Eric has told us for a month that he will be out to fix our system completely, he has never shown up and has stopped answering phone calls. I am so tired of all the excuses and lies!! They are also not honoring our warranty for parts and continue to bill us for the entire service call when we are only supposed to pay for labor. Our air conditioning has also stopped working. I am so disappointed in how we have been treated by this company and will never use them or recommend them to anyone!!

    1st off I have no idea who this is, we do not have a customer by the name of Kara R*********.  I just spoke to a James R********* and getting his account straight as I type this.  I do not know anything about heat freezing up, we usually respond to service calls within 24 hrs.
